​​ Creativity has been a thread throughout my entire life. Whether it is creating with words, wood, watercolor or any other medium, creativity is the underlying current.
That and my faith in God, the CEO of this outreach. Other:
I have raised 7 puppies for Canine Companions for Independence.
I worked 20 years for the local newspaper doing all aspects including editorial, writing columns, photography, office work, landscaping, delivery, cleaning.
I graduated from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado, with a degree in Physical Education. I played, coached, ref'ed sports for 10 years.
Music has been a thread throughout my life, playing guitar, singing, music ministry.

The day I lost my job, I came home and opened my journal. The first thing I saw were these words:
"Behold I make all things new!" Revelation 21: 5
I had written this 2 weeks earlier. It has become my go-to verse to get me through this transition.
